The implementation of secondary special education requirements is multifaceted. Beyond the paperwork is a fundamental question; are students making progress to prepare them for life after high school? The transition forum topics will include meeting State Performance Plan Indicators 13 and 14 requirements, the Foundation High School program and endorsements, work-based learning opportunities for students receiving special education, and concerns from the field. Districts' Transition and Employment Service Designees are encouraged to attend.
