Job Coaching for Success - 006870
Success on a new job is achieved when the new worker learns to perform the job and integrates into the workplace culture. For a worker with significant disabilities, a job coach may be key to job success. This self-paced, 15-hour online course is designed to teach basic skills and techniques of job coaching for community employment of people with disabilities, including those with the most significant disabilities. The course will equip participants with specific skills, such as task analysis and systematic instruction, to be applied individually with the people they serve. UNTWISE requires participants to score at a level of 75% or above on the final exam to receive 15 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. Partial credits will not be issued.

Prerequisite/Special Notes This is a two week self-paced online course. Participants are required to pass the end of course exam with 75% or higher in order to receive CPE credit. Partial credits will not be issued.
