Assistive Technology Collaborative: Working Together to Make a Measurable Difference - 008039
This session is a collaborative meeting to focus on the use of AT devices and services that Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Committees (IEP teams) have determined to be needed for students with disabilities to (1) participate in educational activities; (2) work toward mastery of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals; (3) progress within the general education curriculum; and (4) benefit from a Free, Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). It is recommended that campus or district teams attend. Participants should come prepared to problem solve, network with professional peers, and contribute ideas. The session will be geared toward group work.
