From Novice Teacher to Instructional Ninja - An Academy for Beginning Teachers - 011117
Novice teachers will learn and practice research-based teaching strategies within a collaborative learning cohort in order to accelerate professional growth and become skilled ninja teachers who increase student achievement. This specialized academy includes five full-day sessions at ESC Region 11, one-on-one coaching sessions, access to an online Canvas course, and a book study of Teach Like a Champion 2.0 by Doug Lemov.
