Special Education New Director Advisory - 013033
This meeting is designed for new special education directors. It will focus on state and regional priorities and is intended to provide current information and networking opportunities for new directors as they implement special education programs in their LEAs and charter schools. A variety of hot topics will be addressed at each meeting based on the unique needs of the directors. Participants will expand their knowledge of special education requirements and procedures pertaining to school special education programs as a new director through networking and information sharing. Updates on new special education rules and regulations will be provided by ESC personnel.
