Informing Literacy Instruction with Formative Assessment - 013413
Created by the Texas Education Agency, this training will assist educators in recognizing the differences between formative and summative assessments. Teachers will develop background knowledge of the purposes and types of formative assessments, identify the formative assessment best suited for their students' literacy needs, and ultimately determine next steps for their campus or district.
