The Dyslexia Handbook, 2018 Update contains procedures for school districts and charter schools in early identification, instruction, and accommodations for students with dyslexia and related disorders. Additionally, the handbook provides information regarding the state dyslexia statutes and their relation to IDEA and Section 504. Participants attending this face-to-face training should bring an electronic or hard copy of The Dyslexia Handbook, 2018 Update as there are activities and specific pages to be read and used during the session. Intended audiences include general and special education teachers, dyslexia teachers, administrators, and parents.
