The ESC Region 11 Coaching Academy - 013506
Instructional coaches are innovative problem solvers, positive relationship builders, and real-time troubleshooters. This three-day session will allow participants to focus on essential coaching skills set in the reality of the school day. Participants will engage in deliberate practice of various coaching skills and reflect upon next steps. The Coaching Academy is a unique learning experience that allows participants to network, apply their learning, and immerse themselves in various coaching models. The fourth day provides a "coaching the coach" segment where an ESC coaching team staff member will provide feedback to the coach. Which coaching model will work best for you?
