Disrupting Thinking Book Study - 013507
Educators will discuss, debate, and disrupt the way they think about reading in their classrooms. At the initial face-to-face session, participants will receive a copy of Beers and Probst's book and will begin to analyze the strategies proposed in the early chapters. Throughout the spring, teachers will engage in and practice other tenets espoused through the book and engage in a discussion through Canvas while also showcasing their own and their students' learning. Participants may earn up to 15 total hours of CPEs, including six face-to-face hours and nine hours by participating digitally. The material fee for this session is $20, which includes the book and access to Canvas book study.
