Get the Behavior You Want without Being the Teacher You Hate - 013508
Do your students act out and all attempts to correct behavior seem to misfire? Identify solid ways to reinforce the behaviors you want and watch the ones you don't fizzle out. You will learn how to quickly identify functionally equivalent replacement behaviors, positively reinforcing events, and set up a schedule for successfully increasing the behavior you want while decreasing the ones you don't. Differential Reinforcement schedules of Incompatible, Alternative/Other, and Omission and High/Low rates of behavior will be discussed heavily in this training.
