Assembling the Pieces of the Puzzle: School Edition - 013509
Education Service Center Region 11 presents a day of learning dedicated to assisting educators who work with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The goal of the program is to provide educators, direct service personnel, and campus leadership with strategies, resources, tools, and evidence-based practices in the education and service of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Topics will include: Visual Structure, Behavior strategies, Academic strategies, Executive Functioning, Assistive technology, Social skill strategies, Communication strategies, etc. Schedule: 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. Session 1 10:15 - 10:30 a.m. BREAK 10:30 - 11:45 a.m. Session 2 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. LUNCH 1:00 - 2:15 p.m. Session 3 2:15 - 2:30 p.m. BREAK 2:30 - 3:45 p.m. Session 4
