Spending Your SY 2019-2020 Entitlement: Commodity Training Class (WEBINAR/ZOOM ONLY) - 013640
(THIS SESSION IS A WEBINAR/ZOOM SESSION ONLY) Join us via videoconference for an overview of the different options to utilize your entitlement and what is best for your district. This class is mainly for Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperatives members, but anyone is welcome. Topics addressed in this training include: 1) an overview of the USDA Foods program, 2) a review of each approved option to spend down your district's entitlement, and 3) comparisons of commodity foods versus commercially purchased foods. The training will also include a review of how to complete and submit your FDP Contract Packet in TX-UNPS and how to use the Pre-Order Worksheet in ProcessorLink (the software used for product selection for those participants planning to use some or all of their entitlement on USDA foods for further processing).
