Meal Patterns/Menu Planning - 013646
Do you need to update your menus? This class is for you! The first part of this session will provide a review of the meal pattern basic principals of breakfast and lunch for the School Nutrition Program. In the second half of the class, we will apply these principals to successfully plan menus. Please bring a past menu to review and update during the class. Target audience: Directors, supervisors, and menu planners
