ESC Region 11 Charter School Mini-Conference 2019 - 013772
This two-day conference will provide leaders with an effective process for developing and leading data-driven instruction. In addition, participants will learn observation and feedback protocol to improve Tier 1 instruction. The focus of day one will be establishing a framework for leading data meetings with administrative teams and teachers. Day two will focus on identifying high-leverage action steps during observations and leading effective feedback sessions with teachers.
