FIE Report Writing - 013815
Communicating the results of the FIE in both written and spoken form can set the stage for the parent-school relationship for years to come. This session will use the CLEAR approach to report writing to reach the following outcomes: a) improve readability and reporting of results, b) write legally and defensible statements regarding eligibility, and c) communicate the results of special cases and DNQs. This workshop will be interactive and participants are required to bring an FIE. They are also encouraged to bring current cases to discuss and practice. Participants will create an action plan for utilizing information learned during this session and complete a follow-up survey on implementation.
