T-PESS - Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System - 004100
The Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS) is a new principal evaluation system for the state of Texas designed to support principals in their professional development and help them grow and improve as campus and instructional leaders. Supervisors of principals will be required to attend the two-day T-PESS training. T-PESS is designed to evaluate principals, not assistant principals. If your district chooses to use T-PESS to evaluate assistant principals, then principals will be required to attend the two-day training.
