Vision Screener Certification - 008656
School personnel responsible for the vision and hearing screening process will review and obtain updated information needed to be recertified to perform school vision and hearing screening. Proof of current certification is required to be recertified. Participants will not be allowed to enter the training without a current certification card. Participants should bring their own audiometer for the hearing portion of the training, if possible. Any questions or concerns should be sent to Sheron Fountain, DSHS trainer, at 817-264-4916. Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the starting time will not be admitted to the workshop by trainer. The Department of State Health Services provides the training for this certification.
