2017-2018 TRC Science Collaborative Kickoff - 005387
The ESC Region 11 Science Collaborative Kickoff will engage teachers in an overview of the grant program requirements and event plans. Science Teacher Mentors will also evaluate their leadership skills, submit a personal professional development plan, submit a mentoring plan, participate in a pre-survey on instructional practices, and complete a pretest on chemistry concepts. Teachers will end the day with an introduction to the Student Learning Objectives (SLO) component of the new teacher evaluation system.
