Crucial Conversations Training - 011261
Crucial Conversations Training teaches individuals and teams from different backgrounds, departments, and specialties how to willingly and effectively surface and discuss ideas in a way that leads to virtually everyone buying into the decisions: creating broad alignment, maximizing synergy, and ensuring commitment to the best ideas. Participants learn to catch problems early and resolve disagreements candidly and respectfully, maximize input from people closest to the work, and make better decisions and then take more committed action.

Audiences Charter School Personnel, Directors, Instructional Leaders, Principals, Superintendents/Chief Executive Officers, Assistant Principals, Coordinators, Counselors, Teacher Supervisors
