CACFP Food Buying Guide - 003513
Food Buying Guide (FBG) class provides participants with information on FBG contents and using field data to complete food purchase calculations. Participants will receive hands-on practice to determine the amounts of food and beverages to purchase for planned-for food items in order to meet requirements for a reimbursable meal.
