Engaging Gifted Students by Adding Depth and Complexity: Gifted/Talented(G/T) Training Series #5 - 008015
This session is designed to meet the requirements of the Texas Administrative Code and the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented Students. Using the work of Sandra Kaplan, participants will explore the elements of depth and complexity and how to implement them within gifted/talented instruction. District and campus educators will explore appropriate instructional strategies and resource development for gifted/talented learners, including students with individual education plans as well as English language learners and at-risk learners in both self contained and inclusive settings.. This session can count as GT Differentiated Instruction or as a 6-hour update for GT.
