Teacher Talk - Encouraging Language Development in Early Childhood Settings (Prerequisite session for other sessions) - 010570
Learning strategies to use in everyday conversations, play, and daily routines will promote the communication and social development of all children. Teacher Talk provides you with core strategies to help you create rich and stimulating language-learning environments for the young children with whom you work. Delivered by Hanen-trained professionals, Teacher Talk is presented in a build-your-own adventure format. This session, "Encouraging Language Development in Early Childhood Settings," can stand alone OR be your prerequisite session for Day 2: "Fostering Peer Interaction in Early Childhood Settings" and/or Day 3: "Let Language Lead the Way to Literacy." Incentives will be provided for attending multiple sessions in the Teacher Talk series.
