Feeding Infants in their First Year covers nutritious meal planning to meet the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) infant meal pattern requirements and recommendations, basic needs of infants, and food safety/sanitation issues. The material focuses only on infants from birth through 11 months of age. This class focuses on TDA approved forms. (Credit 3.5 CCL license hours)
