The Coaching Principal - 003868
Leading schools requires the ability to build the capacity of all, handle challenging situations, and know when and at what level to intervene. Coaching faculty requires effective conference skills that will be even more crucial with the new Texas appraisal systems. Through the Coaching Principal, administrators will develop the skills to support teachers and peers in self-reflection practices that will foster continuous growth and build a strong foundation for campus improvement.
