Lead4ward - Call to Action: Connecting Accountability to Leading Learning - 007716
State accountability is in a state of change- transitioning from a system based on four Performance Indexes to a system based on five Domains. Amidst the uncertainty, some concepts are clear and consistent: student progress is critical and student performance means supporting the learning of ALL students. Success in the new world of accountability will require that district and campus leaders be prepared to lead learning, prioritize work, maintain instructional focus, and provide ongoing support for teachers to ensure that students make progress and achieve success in learning.

What you will learn:
  • Gain an overview of both the current and the future accountability systems
  • Understand the instructional concepts embedded in accountability
  • Identify decision-making dates and times
  • Set priorities for professional development and instructional
