Blended Coaching: Evaluate Less and Coach More - 008442
The Blended Coaching Model uses Paul Bambrick's Leverage Leadership and Get Better Faster along with Jim Knight's Focus on Teaching to maximize a teacher's and administrator's performance in their current assignments. Participants will enjoy a two-day intensive workshop enhancing their ability to coach teachers and administrators through face-to-face and video observations. This session is suitable for administrators, instructional coaches, new teacher mentors, superintendents, and board members.
