Instructional Coaching Micro Lab - 008442
The Blended Coaching Model uses Paul Bambrick's "Leverage Leadership and Get Better Faster" along with Jim Knight's "Focus on Teaching" to maximize a teacher's and administrator's performance in their current assignments. Participants will enjoy a two-day intensive workshop enhancing their ability to coach teachers and administrators through face-to-face and video observations. This session is suitable for campus and central office administrators, instructional coaches, and new teacher mentors.
