2018 Focus Schools Summer Mini-Conference - 010122
ESC Region 11 will offer a one-day mini-conference for Focus Schools that will provide sessions on a variety of topics identified in a needs assessment survey completed by the campuses. Topics will include data analysis, PLCs, Assessment and Accountability, ELLs, Special Education, Poverty, and Behavior. The day will begin with a keynote session presented by Mike Schmoker, an author and national speaker on school improvement. Participants will receive a copy of the book "Leading with Focus: Elevating the Essentials for School and District Improvement." The remainder of the day will consist of breakout sessions, and a working lunch will be provided. A password is required for registration and will be provided to campus principals for their personnel.
