Identifying and Developing Legally Defensible FIEs and IEPs within Designated Timelines, and Successfully Navigating through the ARD Process - 010595
Due to the continuous progression of special education practices, it is crucial to ensure all evaluators and special education staff are able to successfully navigate through the ARD process as well as complete reports and ARD paperwork within designated timelines while producing legally defensible FIEs, and IEPs. The presenter will use current cases to demonstrate how to successfully navigate the ARD process, how important it is to maintain timelines, and how to identify and develop legally defensible FIEs and IEPs.
