Through a journey of the senses, learn tantalizing culinary techniques, current trends, and effective strategies to boost your student meal participation. As participants rotate through each course, expert presenters will provide morsels of knowledge and hands-on activities. Appeasingly pleasing topics will include: food photography, sensory evaluation, herbs/spices, marketing, as well as scrumptious make and try foods.
