Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS) Team Training for K-12 Campuses - 014785
The mission of PBIS is to build the capacity of schools to educate all students, especially students with challenging behaviors, by adopting a sustained, positive, preventative, and effective instructional approach to school-wide discipline and behavior management. Campus teams will be provided the PBIS research-based, school-wide implementation training. This two-day session will focus on using data to identify and create guidelines for success and school-wide behavior rules, expectations, and positive reinforcement systems. The campus PBIS team will create a comprehensive action plan tailored to specific campus needs.

Audiences Assistant Principals, Principals, Charter School Personnel, Coordinators, Counselors, Instructional Leaders, Teacher - General Education, Teacher - Special Education
Prerequisite/Special Notes Only for Campus Teams. If you are not registered with a team, individuals you maybe withdrawn to allow space for campus teams. Campus leadership (Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean, etc) must participate with team. A team typically has 5-7 members. Middle schools or High schools numbers many vary.
